This series includes two subseries: Case Papers in Unites States v. Denny Huang and Records relating to International Trade Commission Exclusion Order 1504. The case papers include investigational material and trial records for a U.S. District Court case tried in San Jose in 1985 (CR. No. 84-2093 RPA). The records include Steven Waterson's grand jury testimony as well as copies of arrest records of Denny Huang. Also included are investigative memoranda, reports, correspondence, case exhibits, and the reporter's transcript of the trial. There are also advertisements for imitation Apple computers, news clippings, and other material relating to the case. There are also copies of records of a similar case tried in Philadelphia that was based in part on investigative information developed by San Francisco Customs Service. The International Trade Commission exclusion order 1541 includes the deposition and testimony of Steven Waterson before the Administrative Law Judge in the matter, contact prints and enlarged photographs of piratical computer systems labeled with exhibit numbers, and other material related to intellectual property rights.
